Delivery time from the factory is 45 days ARO, unless otherwise quoted. Prices are FOB destination in the Continental United States. Customers in Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico add $10 for air shipping/handling on orders over $50. Shipping is normally by UPS ground or Priority Mail, our choice. Customer must pay shipping or provide an account number for other methods. California residents add 8.25% sales tax; Santa Barbara County add 8.75%. COD add $8.00. Minimum order $20 unless prepaid by check or money order. For foreign orders, including repairs, a shipping and handling charge of 20% of the order value will be added. Customer will be responsible for paying any customs charges. Foreign orders must provide a contact name and telephone number and credit card information or other payment in US funds prior to shipment. Add $25.00 for wire transfer.

We accept purchase orders on prior approval; terms are net 30 days. We accept VISA, Discover and MasterCard. We do not have dealers or distributors nor do we offer discounts except on the paging receivers.

A one-year warranty covers parts and labor for repair of manufacturing defects when returned to the factory. Full details of the warranty are included with the equipment and the warranty can be viewed here. Low-cost factory repair service and replacement parts are also available.

L-Tronics respects the privacy of your personal and financial information. We maintain records of sales for warranty verification and repair history, but this information is not available to anyone outside the company except the equipment owner. For your protection, we specifically do not keep credit card or other financial information after a sale is complete.
